Job Responsibilities
Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customer.
Carryout responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
Tracking competitor's movment & analyzing the market.
Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.

Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline
Honors / Masters major in marketing will get preference
Experience Requirements
