We are currently hiring a motivated and technically skilled professional to assist in the operations of our service department. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their leadership capabilities in the generator and electromechanical service industry.

To strengthen its business in silent and open-type portable generators, the company is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – After Sales Service (Generators & Electromechanical Systems). Candidate with prior experience in the power products or generator industry is a must.

Department: Service Department  

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Service Support – Execute installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of portable generators and agricultural equipment.
• Technical Documentation – Maintain job sheets, service logs, and feedback reports for each service visit.
• Spare Parts Assistance – Assist in the issuance, usage tracking, and inventory of genuine spare parts.
• Customer Interface – Attend service calls, explain technical issues to customers, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Workshop Coordination – Support workshop operations, ensure tools and equipment are ready for service activities.
• Reporting – Assist in preparing periodic reports on service performance, customer feedback, and task status.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering

 Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in generator servicing or electromechanical fieldwork.

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Good understanding of portable generator systems and agricultural equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret technical manuals.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills  

Job Location

• Dhaka (Occasional travel to service points across Bangladesh

Salary

• 25,000–30,000 BDT (negotiable based on experience /Monthly +Performance Incentives +Travel Allowance + Career Growth Training

Probation Period

• 6 months (Performance-based confirmation)

Skill Requirement
