Job Context

ICT Bangla is an EdTech Startup offering IT skill development courses. Our goal is to provide client-relevant employee skills solutions at the finest costs. To improve and solve this solution we need telesales employees in these moments and now we are seeking and hiring competent professionals for the Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive, Telesales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generated sales by making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
• Promote and sell ICT Bangla’s freelancing and skill development courses.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
• Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
• Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, Spreadsheet.

 Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the edtech, IT training, or service sectors
