Education
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management
- PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference.
- Skills Required: General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Compensation & Benefits, payroll management, Bangladesh Labor Law, HR Policy, General Administration
Experience
- At least 8-10 year(s) Experience as ASST MANAGER (HR&ADMIN) of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Additional Requirements
- Should have good command in spoken & written English.
- Good Computer knowledge in MS Office, ERP,Internet correspondence.
- Able to create new policy, SOP`s as per company requirements like; leave & attendance, Discipline, Vehicle management policy, Provident fund, Gratuity and other HR policy.
- Ability to develop technical solutions to business requirements in a complex projects, products and modules environment.

LANCO DEVELOPMENTS LTD.. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Banani, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of ASST MANAGER (HR&ADMIN)
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirement and job descriptions for all positions.
- Look after manpower planning, identify, analyze and mitigate the GAP.
- Prepare note sheet and related documentations regarding job rotation, job enlargement, job enhancement, job placement, employee promotion and terminations etc.
- Planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Take initiative to assess employee performance yearly and proposed for increment, enhancement and carrier progression as per company policy.
- Responsible to monitor employee grievance and ensuring corrective measures accordingly.
- Ensure HR & Admin compliance to all sister concerns and regulate the same from HO.
- Work with department/unit heads for training, succession management and employee retention activities.
- Follow management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Answering employees` question and concerns regarding any matter related to HR & Administration.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies made within the organization.
- Prepare HR accounting report half yearly and yearly and submit to reporting points as per company policy.
- Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with Bay Group established policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of MOUs and vendor contracts.
- Coordinating with the interdepartmental colleague`s to assure all activities are properly coordinated.
- Keep excellent relationship with inside and outside stakeholders.
- Monitor the renewal of office rent agreement (HO & Others) after coordinating with nominated personnel.
- Responsible for overseeing all HR & administrative functions.
- Preparing manpower planning, budget and recruitment accordingly.
- Supervise on JD and JS employees.
- Responsible for implementation of KPI based performance evaluation system.
- Supervise payroll & compensation Management.
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor Law & Labor rules.
- Maintain Liaison with concerned Govt. offices and non Govt. officials.
- Ensure official discipline as per company set SOP.
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the authority.
