Reports To: Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Brand strategy development and implementation
- Develop and implement annual and long-term brand plans aligned with the overall business objectives and market opportunities in Bangladesh.
- Define and articulate the brand's vision, mission, values, and positioning within the local context.
- Identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and develop effective segmentation strategies for the Bangladeshi consumer.
- Establish clear brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends in Bangladesh to identify opportunities and threats.
Marketing campaign management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels relevant to the Bangladeshi market.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Product development and innovation
- Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) and Sales teams to identify opportunities for new product development and product improvements based on local consumer insights and market needs.
- Develop and execute successful new product launch plans in the Bangladeshi market.
Brand communication and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
Market research and competitive analysis
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumer behavior, brand perception, and competitive landscape in Bangladesh.
- Provide regular reports on brand performance and marketing activities to the Head of Marketing.
Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, distributors, and retailers in Bangladesh.

Experience
- Minimum of 07 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG sector in Bangladesh
