The incumbent should work in the hot kitchen and manage and lead a team of chefs to support and maintain a 5 star standard kitchen operation in an international all day cuisine.
Job Responsibilities
Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
Co-ordinates all hot and cold food preparation including banquets when necessary
Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees for service and special functions ensuring that all stations are set for forecasted covers
Assists personnel in checking all cookers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products.
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.
