Department: Sales & Marketing – Agriculture
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Expansion – Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand market share in the agricultural machinery
- Dealer & Distribution Network – Identify, onboard, and manage new and existing dealers, distributors, and resellers.
- B2B & Institutional Sales – Engage with government bodies, NGOs, agro-based industries, and corporate clients for institutional sales.
- Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments to drive business growth.
- Promotions & Awareness – Work with marketing teams to organize campaigns, field demonstrations, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Training & Support – Train and support dealers and customers in product knowledge and usage techniques to improve customer experience.
- Sales Performance Monitoring – Track and evaluate sales performance, preparing monthly & quarterly reports for strategic improvements.

Experience
- For Deputy Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing in the agriculture machinery sector.
- For Manager: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leadership, sales strategy, and business development in relevant industries.
Additional Requirement Skills:
- B2B & B2C Sales Expertise – Strong understanding of power backup solutions, consumer behavior, and dealer network management.
- Skills - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills, with a proven record of driving revenue growth
