To strengthen its business in silent and open-type portable generators, the company is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager – Sales & Business Development. Candidate with prior experience in the power products or generator industry is a must.
Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Expansion – Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to expand market share in the portable generator sector.
- Dealer & Distribution Network – Identify, onboard, and manage new and existing dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- B2B & Institutional Sales – Engage with corporate clients, government agencies, real estate developers, hospitals, banks, and commercial sectors for institutional sales.
- Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
- Promotions & Brand Awareness – Work with marketing teams to organize campaigns, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Training & Support – Train and support dealers and customers on product specifications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Sales Performance Monitoring – Track and evaluate sales performance, preparing monthly & quarterly reports for strategic improvements.

Experience
- Deputy Manager- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing in the generator, power products, or electrical equipment sector
- Manager-Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leadership, sales strategy, and business development in relevant industries.
Additional Requirement Skills:
- B2B & B2C Sales Expertise – Strong understanding of power backup solutions, consumer behavior, and dealer network management.
- Skills - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills, with a proven record of driving revenue growth
