Job Context

GeekSSort is a fast-growing technology and IT solutions company working with software, e-commerce, and digital services. We are expanding our sales team to capture global and local B2B opportunities, driving growth across multiple markets.

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for two experienced Django Developers with strong backend development skills. You will handle backend architecture, API development, database management, and collaborate with frontend teams using Node.js, Next.js, and React.js. The role requires ownership of projects, problem-solving skills, and delivering production-ready solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Django
• Design and implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in system design
• Collaborate with frontend developers using React.js and Next.js
• Work with Node.js-based services when required
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions

 Experience

 

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Django and Python

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation
• Excellent command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Working knowledge of Node.js
• Basic to intermediate experience with React.js and Next.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working on real-world web or software projects
• Understanding of backend architecture and system design
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Experience with deployment or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, etc.)

 

 

Job Location

• Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka (Full Time- Onsite)

Salary

• Up to BDT 35,000 (based on experience & skills)
