Geekssort is a fast-growing e-commerce tech company working with Shopify, WooCommerce, MERN, Node.js & Headless Commerce (Next.js). We’re expanding our JavaScript team to build scalable, modern systems for global clients
Role Overview:
We are urgently hiring two Full-Stack JavaScript Developers who can handle:
- Frontend
- Backend
- APIs
- E-commerce features
You’ll work closely with the founder and the core development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify B2B prospects globally using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Manage inbound and outbound leads in the CRM system
- Analyze, prioritize, and convert leads based on potential and urgency
- Plan and execute daily sales activities with clear objectives
- Conduct remote meetings with international clients
- Attend in-person meetings for local market opportunities
- Maintain follow-ups until deals are closed or disqualified
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations
- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets

Additional Skills
Must Have:
- Strong MERN Stack experience
- Solid understanding of Next.js
- Strong React component structure

- MongoDB schema design
- JWT, cookies, role-based access
- Git & team collaboration
Bonus (Not required but valuable):
- js / Saleor / Shopify API
- E-commerce feature experience
- Payment gateway integration
- Deployment: Vercel / Render
