Job Purpose:

Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts. Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth. Monitor local and federal regulations. Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms. Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Develop, Implement and Manage organization's compliance standard as per requirement of composite factory.
• To correspondence with suppliers, bankers, different forwarders, C&F agents & so on.
• To prepare L/C and Import & Custom documents
• To prepare invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents
• To monitor and evaluate daily stock report of raw materials and consumable accessories
• To supervise the progress of shipment, clearance, & delivery
• To handle Customs Bond related all works with Import & Export
• To handle Bank related all works with foreign purchase
• To follow-up all import & export, all customs bond related works with customs audit
• To follow-up ex-bond, in-bond, EPB, VAT, NBR, C&F Agents, Shipping Line
• To handle LC related all bank correspondence
• To follow-up all export and preparing shipping documents
• Maintain good liaison and complete task related to all customs, Jetty & other works of C&F operation
• Maintain good relationship on releasing capital Machineries, plant machineries, Chemical & other imports
• All kind of permits renewal works.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / Masters in English or in any subject.
• Masters in English will get preference.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years work experience in an import based Commercial Department of any reputed FMCG manufacturing company will get preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have computer literacy with good communication skill
• Sound knowledge on all kind of permits renewal works
• Sound knowledge on releasing capital Machineries, plant machineries, Chemical & other imports
• Sound knowledge of all customs, Jetty & other works of C&F operation
• Clear knowledge and experience of LC procedure and documentation.

Salary

    Negotiable
