Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for a part of the Factory Management.
• Reporting to SR. Manager, Operations.
• Team leader of stove operations team.
• Role as a supply chain Manager.
• Develop and arrange deliverable materials in store areas (As Needed)
• Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling & Assigning employees.
• Maintain store staff re-creating, Selecting, Orienting and training of store employees.
• Receive & issue raw materials.
• Receive finished product from productions and prepared for delivery as per demand.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Prepare & maintain all records of raw materials, products and packaging movement.
• Receive & inspect deliveries to ensure they meet expected specifications.
• KPI of store employees and store operations.
• Strongly handle all kind of incoming & outgoing materials.
• Making sure that store(s) are well cleaned, organizing product, Product accessibility and product identification.
• Store related fleet management.
• Implementing all procedures of ISO 9001-2015 regarding store & Inventory.
• Any assigned job by the management.

• 5 to 9 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s) of experience in store & Inventory Management/Relevant area(s)
• Technical Competency Requirements-
• Self-motivation
• teamworking ability
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• A methodical approach and problem-solving skills
• Working with Tally software.
• Good communication skill with Department Head and subordinate.
• Basic skills in dealing with other cultures
