Advice the customer about modification work within policy & scope. Preparing the costing, taking approval and coordinate with site accordingly.
Reminding for installment payment and collecting the same.
Preparing final Account, Utility Connection cost, Solar panel cost etc.
Monitor the execution of choice or alteration of customer's on the site through site visit.
Project visit and prepare report on site visit as and when required.
Final Visit to the site to scrutinize the modification works requested by customer and discrepancies to be noted to Construction Dept. for correction prior handover.
Educational Requirement :
Bachelor degree in any discipline. BBA/ MBA preferable.
Additional Requirement:
At least 2 year(s) experience in relevant position in Developer, Real Estate, and Holdings Company.
Good Command in Autocad, excel, MS word, Power point.
