The incumbent will be responsible for delivering services in the restaurant, bars, daily cafe and other F&B outlets as and when necessary under the guidance of F&B Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.
Presents menus and/or daily specials.
Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.
Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest's expectations.
Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.
Checking all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures.

SSC, HSC
Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Hotel Management,Certificate Course in Food and Beverage Service
