Jotun Bangladesh Ltd. was established in 2013. It operates in Decorative, Marine and Protective segments. Currently Jotun Bangladesh own factory is under construction. In the coming period, Jotun Bangladesh continues its mission to establish and develop the Jotun brand in this emerging market. Jotun Bangladesh Limited has a vision to bring about a positive change & trust in the life painting business, through product and process improvement, operational efficiency, excellent service and customer focus. Job Responsibilities

• Give day to day support to Users across factory, keep track of cases attended and to be uploaded in service desk portal.
• Maintain necessary stock of essential IT products. Follow the IT standards and policy.
• Maintain reports and follow proper documentation using office 365 tools.
• Follow up with vendor and get the case resolved as per SLA.
• Escalate critical cases to group IT and Local IT.
• Co-ordinate with IT vendors in the installation of systems, devices and components and.

Experience

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies Paint
• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams, focusing on achieving results and delivering customer-centric performance.

Additional Requirement

• Age at least 26 years
• Knowledge on Office 365 Products (One Drive, SharePoint and MS outlook.
• Knowledge on Windows 10 & 11.
• Knowledge on Power BI tools, & Power Apps.
• Knowledge on Microsoft TEAMS.
• Knowledge of basic networking.
• Troubleshooting of hardware issues in laptops /desktop and Printers.
