Job Responsibilities
- The incumbent should be self-motivated and fulfill the company's goal and will be responsible for department related activities. An entry-level position where deserving candidates will have the potential to grow and develop.
- Ensuring effective operational control and implements operational strategy guided by the Head of the Department.
- Contributing to the Staff morale and productivity with emphasis towards search for excellence in developing good team spirit and healthy competition.
- Error free & justified Claims settlement with highest level of professional dignity.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail both in claim settlement & manipulated claim identification.
- Achieving maximum level of client satisfaction through proper email correspondences, telephonic conversations, timely claim settlement, ensuring smooth hospitalization service and regular update to clients.
- Maintain liaison and good relationship with Guardian Life Hospital network to ensure smooth cashless hospitalization for clients.
- Proficiency in English both speaking and writing with standard typing speed in both Bangla & English.
- Ability to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure Enthusiastic in completing any task assigned by Head of the Department.
