We are searching for a persuasive commission based showroom manager to set and smash our sales targets. To achieve these objectives, the showroom manager will be required to oversee the design of the showroom, coach and mentor employees, and monitor inventory. As an expert in sales techniques, you will also be required to attract and secure business. Applicants should have 5-10 years practical sales experience on commission based.
Job Responsibilities
Take charge of an outlet and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch.
Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular shop.
Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team.
Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

BA/ Honors/ Masters from any discipline.
