 Job Responsibilities

Simcon Construction Admixture Company is one of the largest construction Admixture manufacturing companies in Bangladesh with a wide range of products like:

• Admixtures,
• Paint,
• Sealer,
• and other solutions as
• Waterproofing
• Flooring

This job post is about sales & target oriented and the job for the admixture sector the job location will be given to the district where the candidate is interested

 Dealer creation,

• Helping to sales out from dealer.
• Retailer creation & Direct sales Sales And Marketing
• Target Oriented
• Achieve sales target of our products as assigned by the respective reporting person by giving updates in our whatsapp group
• Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
• Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.  
• Develop the dealer Network in the assigned districts and in gap market.
• Identify new sales opportunities and ensure sales achievement.
• Promotional activities to enhance chemical sales.
• Check, verify and ensure timely submission of all Dealer claims.
