We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and hiring to AGM- Technical (B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering)

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling the sectional technicians by proper guidance and
• Coordination and allocating the technicians and under staff according to their
• Improving overall sectional manpower, supervise and lead maintenance technicians and junior engineers, working efficiency, activities and responsibility, quality checking & identifying sectional tools and instruments, fault finding, rectifying & reducing the idle time of machines & periodic maintenance.
• Responsible for Utility operation and
• Coordinating & communicating with other departments to fulfill the production target & to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Maintain machine logs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues & Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments to minimize
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, energy efficiency, and environmental
• Train sewing machine operators on proper maintenance best practices and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and oiling, inspecting sewing machines to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults and their components and keeping accurate service records.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with different sewing machine models, and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and stitch quality.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Sc./Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputed university
• Certification in industrial maintenance or utility management
• Training in PLC, automation, or energy management will be an added
• Note: Education qualification might be relaxed for experienced candidates

 Experience

• At least 10-15 years in the Garments

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Age At least 35 years
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• The ability to quickly identify and solve complex mechanical
• Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and sustainability standards
• Familiarity with various types and models of industrial and domestic sewing machines.
