    We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes while attracting and hiring top talent to support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Operations

    • Manage daily HR operations, policies, and procedures
    • Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation
    • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
    • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and company policies
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues
    • Support performance appraisal and KPI management processes
    • Manage onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures
    • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR analytics

    Talent Acquisition

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
    • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
    • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
    • Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
    • Ensure positive candidate experience
    • Prepare and negotiate job offers

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field

     

    Experience Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment in a FMCG Company
    • Experience in corporate or fast-growing organizations will be preferred

     

    Additional Requirements

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
