This role owns the entire apartment business not just construction.

You will be responsible for:

• Revenue & growth
• Project execution & delivery
• Sales commitments vs delivery reality
• Cost control & quality
• Customer experience
• Team leadership & discipline

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO for Apartment Sales & Residential Project Sales)

Reports to: Board of Management

Location: Gulshan 1 Dhaka

Salary Range (Monthly): 400000-60000BDT+Car Free  

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full ownership of growth, revenue, and delivery • Lead multiple apartment projects simultaneously • Build predictable execution systems
• Align construction, sales, finance, and customer service
• Eliminate delays, disputes, and rework • Develop strong second-line leadership

Education

• Graduation in any discipline /BBA/MBA in Marketing or any discipline or relevant Field

 Experience

• 15-25 years in residential/apartment project leadership
• Strong execution + commercial mindset
• Experience handling multiple projects and large teams
• System-builder, not firefighter
• Comfortable owning results end-to-end
