SO for expanding and networking business Winbridge is seeking a high-performing Client Relationship Officer (English Speaking Expert) who is expert on English Speaking with foreign clients.
Job Title: Client Relationship Officer (BPO International Clients English Speaking Expert - Night Shift)
Location: Uttara Dhaka Night Shift
Salary: 25000-30000BDT
Weekend: 02 Days
Experience required: 1-5 years in BPO Business and Fresher can applied if he or she is very expert on English Speaking

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned foreign clients
- Account Management
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and service expectations
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and proper handover to operations team
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Service Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, quality, IT, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery
- Track project progress and provide updates to clients
- Resolve any service-related issues or escalations quickly and professionally
- Client Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Provide solutions and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for clients
- Maintain proper records of communication, agreements, and service performance
- Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements
- Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and client meetings
- Support contract renewals and negotiations
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure services comply with client SLAs and company standards
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Work closely with QA team to maintain service quality
- Time Zone & Cultural Management
- Work according to different international time zones when required
- Understand cultural differences and maintain professional communication standards
