Walk for Life is seeking dynamic and versatile candidates to oversee the comprehensive marketing strategies and. Since 2009, Walk for Life is providing clubfoot treatment to the children of Bangladesh. Presently operating 34 clubfoot clinics for the treatment of Clubfoot children. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Walk for Life is hiring Customer Service Representative

 

Jobs Responsibilities

• Joining Date: 1st February, 2024
• Duration of Project: 5 months starting from 1st February 2024 to 30th June 2024. More likely to be extended.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Bachelor in any discipline. Academic qualification will be considerable for the experienced person.
