Job Responsibilities

• Conducting work in the Civil Engineering Department as Architect
• Regular report to Chief Engineer about the work progress
• Experience in design, measurement, analysis and implementation work.
• Lead the team
• Strong knowledge about Architecture & Construction
• The incumbent shall be responsible for all architectural works and construction works of the projects.
• Day-to-day management of the group, including supervising and monitoring the labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
• Bill checking, estimation & wastage control and report to head.
• Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
• To review progress of works at various stages

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• At least 15 year(s)
