To carryout compliance plan throughout the year and continuous contribution to the development and implementation of Heat Map.
Ensure adequate understanding of the compliance structure provided by the regulatory guidelines.
Ensure that the organizational structure and day to day activities are in line with the regulatory framework.
Ensure ongoing development and administration of compliance program for all employees.
Carry out investigations related to possible non-compliance or to ensure compliance is taking place and monitor compliance program that have been put in place to ensure adequacy through gap analysis.
Conduct a monthly compliance meeting with Managing Director & CEO and reporting to Audit Committee of Board of Directors through Head of Internal Audit & Compliance.
Participate in training closely related to job and attend any other training program/seminar/dialogue as required.
