Jobs Responsibilities
- Take initiative to move from the quality control mind set to Built In Quality (BIQ) mind set.
- Develop and improve Quality Assurance System through continual improvement of SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists and guidelines.
- Measure the Needle point FTT/ FTT & Value stream FTT under set KPI.
- Use BIQ Pyramid to detect/ control; & prevent the quality related issues.
- Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
- Make the proper Material & Information flow smooth.
- Covered all process under Built in Quality (BIQ) philosophy from the RM to FG & digitalize it.
- Recommend and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and follow up accordingly.
- Controls and update the production status of running orders.
- Ensure smooth completion of final inspection.
- Ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
- Ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
- Make the Skill Matrix for the team to effectively plan Training & development.
