    Overview of Responsibilities:

    • Implemented SCM & distribution strategies that resulted in a 10% reduction in overall Supply chain costs.
    • Successfully carried out the operation plan of SCM and maintained all income and expenditures for all vehicles.
    • Made Quick and effective decisions in difficult situations, e.g.  Delivery delays due to weather, security alerts or industrial relations problem.
    • Establishing solid base of suppliers, vendors & service providers for supplies, spares, consumables, commercial & logistics service providers.
    • Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
    • Monitor and Coordinate appropriate strategy for the overall activities of the Supply Chain department.
    • Manage supplier relationships to ensure value, innovation and continuous improvement while understanding.
    • Monitoring market price of Materials and updating market intelligence
    • Maintained strong liaisons with relevant offices and transit time for delivers.
    • Maintain all logistics costing for factory and Depot.

    Educational Qualification:

    • BBA/ MBA with major in Supply Chain Management.
    • Completing PGDSCM will be added an advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years work experience in any large and reputed FMCG or similar manufacturing company.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bangla typing is must).
    • Ability to work under pressured environment.
    • Excellent Communication skill in English.
    • Strong organization and time management skill.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Salary

         Negotiable
