This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Amber It Ltd is hiring Assistant Officer/Officer, Quality Control

Jobs Responsibilities

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials 
• Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications to understand the product requirements
• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
• Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
• Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry/ M.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.

• Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Adaptability with different environment.
• Extensive traveling mind set
• Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
• High level of experiences in fiber optic transmission.
• Basic IP networking knowledge.
• Good communication skill and team work.
• Able to manage field operation team.
