Job Context

• We are looking for an Asst: Key Account Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers and Merchants. We`ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company`s positive image.
• To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers and Merchants. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ultimately, you`ll maintain strong relationships with our company`s Consumers and Merchants to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand Customer/Merchants needs and develop plans to address them
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors
• Develop trust relationships with consumers to ensure they do not turn from our website.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Business Competitor Analysis, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Customer Development, Customer relationship, E commerce, Effective Communication, Product strategy, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
