Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for procuring orders from buyers and take initiative to develop new market.
• Have verse knowledge about composite garments accessories for sales & Marketing.
• To manage existing customer's portfolio.
• Need to visit to customer's frequently to increase sales and maintain liaison with all local customers.
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy in terms of market demand.
• Analyze market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy as well as initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
• Supervise and monitor work for sales team as per company policies.
• Ensure achievement of sales target by marketing personnel.
• Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
• Ensure ethical business relations with customers and within teams.
• Prepare daily & monthly report as required by management as well as monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
• Administer the sales and marketing team to submit sample to buyer and get approval;
• To achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
• Maintain negotiation with customers and ensure order collection.
• Update order wise collection in ERP and follow-up production & delivery.
• Maintain working procedure to obtain & maintain buyer nomination.
• Maintain necessary records, documents and database.
• Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

• Graduate / post graduate / MBA (major in Marketing / Management)

• At least 6 year(s)

• Age 30 to 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Accessories, Marketing, Sales & Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
• Proven experience as a Marketing professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• At least 6-year(s) experience as Marketing Manager / Asst. Manager
