Key Responsibilities:
As SAP-SD (Sales and Distribution) personnel, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules within our enterprise systems. Your expertise will help drive improvements in our order-to-cash processes, customer management, and sales workflows, ensuring the company’s SAP system meets business requirements and delivers maximum value.
- Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, sales order management, delivery, and billing.
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current sales and distribution processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring SAP solutions align with business goals.
- Customizations & Enhancements: Customize SAP SD functionality to suit business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP SD issues, resolving incidents and system errors promptly while providing solutions to improve system performance.
- Testing & Training: Lead testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP SD functionality.
- Integration: Work with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO etc.) to ensure seamless integration between SD and other SAP components.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Participate in SAP system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the SD module remains optimized and effective.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from reputed institutions
Experience
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
Additional Requirement Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP & FICO.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Experience with SAP reporting and analytics tools (e.g., SAP BI, SAP Fiori).
