    Jobs Responsibilities

    • We are now seeking applications for the Cabin Crew Base Manager role at our Dhaka base. This role is a full-time, permanent position and will comprise both office and flying duties.
    •  The Cabin Crew Base Manager has overall responsibility for the management, welfare, and performance of all Cabin Crew at base ensuring that all Cabin Crew operate to the required standard.
    • To monitor safety & service standards and crew performance.
    • Ensure cabin crew read and understand roster protocol, completion & submission of expense reports, and leave application process.
    • In association with the Head of Cabin Operations (HOCO), deal with any disciplinary issues relating to cabin crew.
    • Monitor individual cabin crew performance with attention to attendance, punctuality, inflight service delivery, uniform and grooming regulations, and customer service.
    • Monitor cabin crew compliance regarding the Cabin report issued by the Head of Cabin Operations (HOCO) & the Chief Instructor (CI).
    • Complete annual appraisals on all cabin crew at the base and forward details to HR & HOCO.
    • Complete debriefing with each Cabin crew member following any serious incident.
    • Oversee all Cabin Operations Flight reports follow up on all discrepancies with individual crew members and compile written file notes for crew personal files.
    • Report any irregularities to the Inflight Catering Manager (ICM).
    • Ensure the crew room is kept clean, tidy, well-presented, and fully stocked with up-to-date paperwork.
    • Complete 3 aircraft visits per calendar month to conduct grooming checks, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) audits, and cleaning Checks.
    • Assist & communicate regularly with OCC representatives about the distribution of information and clarification of the same.
    • Generate and distribute annual Uniform Reissue Order for all cabin crew at base ensuring every crew member receives their entitlement.
    • Application and distribution of uniform requests to the Head of Cabin Operation.
    • Complete a Cabin Crew Appraisal with the Head of Cabin Operation (HOCO) annually.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Cabin Operations.

    • Must be a current Senior Cabin Crew as the role includes flying duties
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills;
    • Ability to perform to a high standard in a pressurized environment, demonstrating resilience, flexibility, and tenacity.
    • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate equally well to senior management as well as your team and colleagues in the Company.
    • Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and with business partners;
    • Experience driving improvement and innovating new processes;
    • A proven track record of excellent performance; 
    • Computer skills developed to a high standard in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint similar, with excellent administration and organizational skills;
    • Complete confidentiality and discretion when dealing with crew-related issues.
    • Ability to act in an ‘impartial’ manner;
    • The current holder of a Cabin Crew Line Trainer position is an advantage but not necessary;
    • Previous people management experience is preferable. (Management training will be provided).
