Job Context
Business development executives are responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Vendors, Suppliers, Manufacturers while also developing strategies to increase Sales. Communicate effectively with internal team members and vendors to help drive success, creativity, and resourcefulness effectively manage to spend, ROAS, revenue, new vendor`s acquisition, and remarketing targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new seller/brand prospects through data-driven analysis on the market.
- Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of leads (sellers /brands) based on the category and company strategy.
- Targeted KPI on new seller acquisition, assortment, and make them Active.
- Developing & implementing strategies for merchant acquisition & to educate sellers about selling on the E-commerce platform.
- Managing Vendor / Sellers accounts through continuous communication to maintaining relationships for fruitful business.
- G2M strategies- understand the market; identify the seller & business portfolio to acquire a new Vendor.
- Train up vendors / Sellers about how to maintain the ASC, website & system works in every aspect.
- Maintaining acquisition trackers (seller status, follow up, contract signed to live, etc.) for the daily based report.

Additional Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field. Candidates having experience in the eCommerce industry will be treated as an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS-Office suit.
