We are looking for a Customer Service Representative having good verbal communication skills in Bangla. Receive Phone calls, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.

Job Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and sale
Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details
Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
Able to work beyond the office hour
Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
