Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular
Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc
Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
Update all license, certificates
Conduct and supervise secretarial issues time to time like Board/EC Meeting, AGM/EGM, Election process
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Available work on holiday in emergency situations.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor in any discipline, preferably in Management
PGDHRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
