Job Context

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Interact with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
    2. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies.
    3. Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, tracking delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchase process.
    4. Resolve customer complaints, employing empathy and effective problem-solving techniques to ensure a positive resolution.
    5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our system.
    6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and product management, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution.
    7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
    8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management to enhance the overall customer service experience.
    9. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and identify areas for improvement.

     

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    1. Minimum Graduate.
    2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    4. Strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
    5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed while resolving customer issues.
    6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
    8. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    9. Familiarity with our products, services, and industry trends is an advantage.

     

    Work Time:

    Full time from 10am to 6pm (Holiday on Friday)

    Salary Range: Negotiable

    Age preference: 22-28years
