Job Context

The incumbent should work in the hot kitchen and manage and lead a team of chefs to support and maintain a 5 star standard kitchen operation in an international all day cuisine.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
• Co-ordinates all hot and cold food preparation including banquets when necessary
• Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees for service and special functions ensuring that all stations are set for forecasted covers
• Assists personnel in checking all cookers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products.
• Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.

• SSC, HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management in Culinary
• Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Culinary Diploma Course

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hotel, Restaurant

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Self motivated, pro-active and guest focused team player
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
