Working in a customer service department for garments accessories in Narayanganj.
Closely work with planning dept. for production & delivery;
Monitor delivery to customer as per required date to meet OTD;
Coordinate with planning in production schedule plan to ensure on time delivery;
Monitoring production team to ensure on time delivery with required quality & quantity;
Provide feedback to customers about their queries and complains;
Work with MCD department by monitoring delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery as per customer requirement & to get pending challan from customer after goods delivery;
Communicate with commercial team for commercial documentations, needed for delivery & closing;
Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports;
Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well being of the organization, its business results and the happiness and well being of its stakeholders.

Graduation in Marketing/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.
