Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of construction market and dealer network
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
