A leading distributor of generators and agriculture machineries in Bangladesh is seeking dynamic and result-driven professionals to expand its market presence. The Deputy Manager, Warehouse will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring seamless supply chain efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and operational expertise to maintain international standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance

To strengthen its business in silent and open-type portable generators, the company is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager Warehouse (Automotive, FMCG Base Must) 

Candidate with prior experience in Automotive, FMCG Base is a must.

Department: Distributor Sales and Marketing 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management (30%) – Maintain accurate records, conduct stock verifications, prepare reconciliation reports, and implement FIFO/stock rotation.
• Receiving & Inspection (15%) – Verify shipments, prepare GRNs, and report discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Issuing & Dispatch (15%) – Ensure accurate issuance and dispatch of goods/spare parts per company standards.
• Documentation & Systems (15%) – Maintain ERP/WMS data, generate reports, and support audits.
• Safety & Housekeeping (10%) – Enforce Honda standards, monitor fire & electrical safety, and maintain proper storage.
• Coordination & Communication (10%) – Collaborate with Sales, Service & Accounts teams; report shortages and slow-moving items.
• Service Support (5%) – Maintain spare parts inventory, track warranty returns, and manage defective goods.

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering

 Experience

• 5–7 years in warehouse/inventory management (Power Products, Automotive, or FMCG preferred).

 

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Advanced Excel, strong analytical & leadership skills, attention to detail  

Mobility

• Willingness to travel to regional depots as needed

Job Location

Salary

• 35k-40k (Based on experience)

Probation Period

• 6 months (Performance-based confirmation)
