Position Title: Duty Manager

Place of Posting: Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of all departments (front office, housekeeping, restaurant, security).
- Solve guest problems or complaints quickly and politely.
- Check that guests are receiving proper service and assistance.
- Guide and assist employees in their duties.
- Make sure staff follows hotel policies.
- Inspect rooms, lobby, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Handle emergency situations like accidents, fire, or security issues.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the daily reports about hotel operations, incidents, and guest feedback.
- Ensure the front desk handles guests properly and efficiently.
