Jobs Responsibilities

Email Campaign Management

• Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
• Segment and target email lists based on various criteria to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
• Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, visuals, and calls to action, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results over time.
• Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors
• Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and partners.
• Qualify and categorize leads based on relevant criteria to prioritize outreach efforts.
• Maintain a well-organized lead database and track interactions using CRM software.

  Negotiation Strategy

• Lead negotiation efforts with clients, partners, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs, priorities, and motivations of the parties involved in negotiations.
• Develop negotiation strategies that align with company objectives and maintain long-term relationships.
• Employ effective communication and persuasion techniques to navigate complex negotiations and resolve conflicts.

Relationship Building

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and product, to gather insights and align email campaigns and negotiation strategies with broader business goals.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders through clear and empathetic communication during negotiations.

• Work hours : From 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree

Experience

• At least 2-3 year(s) (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Additional Requirement

• Age 20 to 25 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven Work experience of around 2-3 years.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing email marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B context.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques and strategies, with a history of achieving favorable outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging email content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and negotiation software/tools.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strategic mindset
• Knowledge of VPN will be a plus point.

Salary

• 25,000-45,000 BDT (Monthly)
