Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, adaptive, and energetic team member for the position of “Global Marketing Executive” for our Sales and Marketing Department. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our organization. This position is critical to our long-term strategy as you will be responsible for overseeing and driving business development effort, eventually taking charge of overseas sales through telemarketing and e-mail marketing, and marketing planning and implementation. You will work closely with senior management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team, and Production Management Team to develop and execute strategies and tact that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a positive workplace culture.

 Jobs Responsibilities:

• Candidates must make/take outbound calls to the USA and Europe to communicate with the business organizations to convey our Software & Services and eventually drive them to the appointment and purchase.
• Incumbents must conduct precise analysis and research about customer's 'Pain Points' and try to solve them in effective and efficient manner.
• He/she must do the required documentation, recordings, and reporting.
• He/she must meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Ability to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Any other ad hoc responsibility

Required Skills & Expertise

• Business Development or Operation Management Sales and Digital Marketing, International Marketing Tele Marketing Corporate Sales and Marketing Digital Marketing.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Training/Trade Course: IELTS

Experience

• At least 2-4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area
• Sales and Marketing.
