We are the leading Manufacturers and exporters of shoes/footwear items for 100% export industry in Bangladesh . We are looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Officer for admin, HR & compliance Department.
Formulate all corporate policies related to HR/ Social compliance following local laws and international standards.
To face 3rd party social audits, brand visit related to social compliance.
To take necessary initiative for making Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
To conduct risk assessment relates to Social Compliance issues.
To update all social compliance related documents/ registers as per owner's buyers, off takers, financiers, and any other stakeholder's requirements.
To maintain, monitor, update and communicate any updates on labour and ethics laws, as well as customer requirement.
Carry out regular Social Compliance Internal Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof along with CAP.
Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws requirement from Social Compliance point of view.
To assist Manager, HR in recruitment and selection.
To assist Manager in Performance Appraisal.
Perform all Social Compliance responsibilities.
Prepare monthly salary sheet, OT sheet.
To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
Any other job assigned by the Management.
