You have to make bridge the gap and make a good relationship with the valuable customers as well as the Agents. As the go-to member of your assigned projects, you will work alongside a team of Customer Care professionals to ensure timely delivery of projects and achieve key target metrics. This post only for the candidates of the Sylhet Division.
Job Responsibilities
Having a positive mentality to provide 24/7 customer support
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ready to grip any other work assigned by the top management
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership skill are must.
The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Have mentality for work long duration
