Order receive from customer, process in ERP and acknowledge order from customer;
Coordinate with planning in production schedule plan to ensure on time delivery;
Closely work with planning dept. for delivery;
Work with ERP team to get the requirement based on customer need;
Handling customer queries and complains and solve the same;
Update customers regarding production status when required;
Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports;
Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well being of the organization, its business results and the happiness and well being of its stakeholders.
