Jobs Responsibilities

• Assist to Implement and maintain ERP systems (i.e., collecting data for new requirements, data entry, reporting and data archiving);
• Can collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide customized reports and insights to support their needs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and efficiency enhancements within the organization, using data-driven insights.
• Provide technical support and advice to end users and train users.
• Coordinate and build good relationships with vendors to ensure a successful project achievement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data sources, data definitions, processes, and procedures.
• Has to maintain Daily functionality checklist as per services (Redundant):
• Monitoring local systems and applications health, capable to take data backups, good communication skill with stakeholders and others relevant tasks;
