We are looking for an Executive who has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in working with the Narrow Tape/Fabric section under the Production Planning & Control dept. The basic JD has been given below: 1. To confirm & update UDD for Orders after checking rm & process load. 2. Monitoring of Open orders. Monitoring of daily order processing. 3. Monitoring the hold orders and proceed the order make sure to process it. 4. Preparing Machine Schedule & review production against the given schedule. 5. Stock order & RM order review. And highlight the concerns of the Sales & CS person/s. 6. Preparing pending order sheets. 7. Update Revised delivery date, pending remark in M+ for open order. 8. Correspondence of all mails & telephonic conversations with CSE for queries related to orders. 9. Dispatch plan review with related production team & make sure to achieve the plan. If any discrepancy needs to inform concerned CSE & own dept. in charge. 10. To prepare a Dispatch plan. 11. Scheduling of machine & monitoring of load status & follow up the orders. 12. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management/Supervisor.
