Job Responsibilities
Responsible for housekeeping of office buildings; Supervise all the drivers.
Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Checking, recommending & approving (As applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
All Implementation of Logistics policies and procedures for purchasing, transport, delivery, storage, inventory, communications and movement control.
Maintain and update the asset register and provide inventory ID to all new assets
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Office Logistics, Asset Management.
keep contact with all concerns of the organization.
Any task assigned by the management.
