Act as an assistant to the top management in various reporting and follow up management.
Perform tasks such as filing, typing up reports and maintaining mail correspondence.
Act as a liaison between different departments, executives and management.
Recruitment of Human Resource.
Maintain and follow-up compensation, benefits, attendance, leave management, employee turnover, Code of Conduct, recruitment, training and development and Analysis for increment & promotion purpose.
Monitor & control the attendance system of all employees.
Handle disciplinary action and grievance issues of the organization as per the policy.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene management are maintained as per the policy.
To formulate and put forward management in developing and implementing policy, procedures related to administration and human resource.
Facilitates internal reporting on the performance of each department
Timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills, rents and Govt dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, etc. and maintain proper records.
Ensure timely maintenance, repair of infrastructure, facility, civil work, transport and office equipment, etc.
Act as a liaison between different departments, executives and management.
Daily working progress reports to the management, if and when required
